Only exchanges inside the United States are accepted, within 5 days of delivery. In order for the exchange to be valid, the order has to be returned to Gaia Room exactly as it was shipped, all items unused and new, with tags still attached and covering plastics in place, with the original packaging and the covering box, as well. Please allow for up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and completed.
Shipping fees are not credited back.
Orders outside of United States are final, they may not be returned or exchanged.
